I love Friday. It's the end of homework for the week, it's the beginning of Sabbath, and it means Ultimate Frisbee! From 2 - 5, a few dozen of us play some hardcore frisbee. I've played few other games with such a positive, upbeat, team attitude the whole time. Everyone is out to have fun and get some fresh air.
Enough of me talking. Here are some pictures as well as a link to more (thanks to Adam White).
Aside from Frisbee, it was also a lot of fun playing games at Amy's apartment as well as geocaching at 2 in the morning around town ;)

That's right, it's National Engineer's Week! The engineering students at WWC finally get some recognition on campus - lots of jokes in the college newspaper (see my hat), fun events like bridge and egg-drop contests, and even an engineering banquet (guest speaker was the hardware engineer for the iPod)! It's great fun being an engineer :) Love your engineer!

...when your professor asks you where your homework is, you claim to have accidentally determined its momentum so precisely, that according to Heisenberg it could be anywhere in the universe.

...you know the glass is neither half full nor half empty; it's simply twice as big as it needs to be.

Good citizens of the world, it's been a long while since my last post, so might as well dig right back in! Life has been awesome lately. Case in point: my long weekend out on the Olympic Peninsula.Saturday, February 03, 2007
"The warlike reputation of the clan is echoed in the family motto, 'with a strong hand'"
"...by 1875 the direct line of the clan had died out, with the entire MacKay country being in the hands of the Lords of Sutherland."
Apparently we weren't using our strong hand or something... What a shame. Maybe if I'd been on the fields with my kilt and claymore, we would have had a chance.
Our tartan is pretty sweet, by the way (see background fabric of the shield). I'll have to invest in a proper kilt one of these days.

I feel that this picture accurately reflects my activities for the day...

Other people tell me that this one is more truthful...
We'll see how this Thursday goes - hopefully I won't get mauled by another rabid squirrel (see my face in the first picture).
Oh and advice for the day: be careful with pressure cookers.
